Your First Visit
Practicing Excellence in Advanced Orthodontics
Your
first phone call.
What's most important when you call is "It's all about you!". So
we'll need to ask you some questions about why you called and a
little about you too. This will help us make a proper appointment
for you. Also, we are interested in who referred you so we can thank
them.
We'll need some basic information for our records to
schedule your appointment. Also, we will give you some information of
what to bring along with you and how to get to our office.
You arrive at our office.
When you arrive at our office, you'll see your name on our welcome
board. Your visit is important to us. Come right up to the front desk
and let us know you have arrived. You will be welcomed. After we review
your information, we'll begin your appointment. Our treatment
coordinator, Cheri, will begin the "getting to know you" process.
She will seat you in our consultation room so that you can discuss your
concerns in private. After that, Dr. Waese will come and talk to
you. He will review your concerns and help you plan the next step in
your orthodontic care.
